This chapter seeks to delve into the topic of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Ethics and Academic Integrity in Higher Education with a view of making a contribution towards guiding institutions of higher learning adjust themselves accordingly and not be overtaken or swayed by the AI wave that has already gathered momentum in the world.
