Validity of the instrument was tested by my supervisor who critically analyzed the instrument in details and reliability was tested by pilot study and computed by Cronbach's Coefficient Alpha. Quantitative data was collected and analysed using descriptive statistical tools and regression analysis, qualitative data was summarized and grouped into themes. Empirical review was done and the study highlighted two concepts theory of motivation. The study employed correlational research design. Discussions, conclusions and recommendations were drawn from the study findings.
